All customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Included but not limited to: credit cards, keys, phones, wallets & purses. Ratio Houston is not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or broken items.

Yes. Valet parking and Self Parking offered by a third party parking service. There is also limited parking on the street.
- The reservation time slots are for two hours. This rule is only in effect when time and capacity has been reached.
- Extensions may be negotiated on a case by case basis as the two hour limit is only due to time and capacity
The maximum amount of guests is 10 per reservation, and the minimum amount of guests required to make a reservation is 1 per reservation. If you have a party more than 10 ppl you would need to make multiple reservations to accommodate the guests.
It is required that the entire party must be present before seating.
There is no minimum spend required at this time. (DISCLAIMER: during special events there may be a minimum spend requirement, please check ahead)
You must arrive within 45 minutes of your reservation time. We understand extreme circumstances and may accommodate if contacted in a timely manner. But it is not guaranteed. Tables 45 minutes late will be moved to the waiting list or released.
We allow tabs to be split up to 5 ways max. Any additional would need to be on the same tab.

All Menu Prices Across The Entire Website Will Have Taxes, And Gratuity Included In Them On Receipt. Your Receipt Will Show The Breakdown. If You Order A Flavor And Don’t Like It You Can Change It By Ordering A Refill.

Purchaser acknowledges that no refunds will provided and that no exchanges or credits for future event dates will be given for section reservations for any reason.
