What are your seating arrangements?
We have four seating arrangements:
- Purple XL Seats 10 max
- Orange Large Seats 8 max
- Red Medium 6 max
- Blue Table Top 4 max
- Green Table Top 2 max
- Black Bar Chair 1 max
What is the required age for Entry?
21+ ONLY. You must have a valid government issued photo ID. We do accept LA Wallet.
What hours are you open?
Thursday: 7PM – 1AM
Friday – Saturday: 5PM – 2AM
Sunday: 11AM – 6PM
I lost a personal item at Privacy, what do I do?
All customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Included but not limited to: credit cards, keys, phones, wallets & purses. Privacy Houston is not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or broken items.
Are you open for after hours?
We are only open during our business hours.
Thursday: 7PM – 1AM

Do you serve alcohol?
We serve Handcrafted Cocktails and offer Bottle Service.
What are the Entry Fees?
There is no cover charge for entry til 10PM. No cover charge til 11PM w/RSVP. (DISCLAIMER: during special events entry may not be free, please check ahead)
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, ApplePay, American Express.
No Cash App Cards, Chime Cards, Cards Without Chips.
Is there parking at Privacy?
Yes. Valet parking and Self Parking offered by a third party parking service. There is also limited parking on the street.
How long is the reservation time slot for?
- The reservation time slots are for two hours during the non spend minimum reservation time slots. This rule is only in effect when time and capacity has been reached.
- Extensions may be negotiated on a case by case basis as the two hour limit is only due to time and capacity
Is there a Minimum/Maximum amount of guests for a reservation?
No maximum amount of guests per reservation, and the minimum amount of guests required to make a reservation is 1 per reservation. If you have a party more than 10 ppl we recommend that you make multiple reservations to accommodate the guests.
Do all of my guests have to arrive at the same time?
It is required that the entire party must be present before seating.
does the reservation require any minimum purchase amount?
There is no minimum spend required during the complimentary reservation time slot. 10PM-2AM a spend minimum is required (DISCLAIMER: during special events there may be a minimum spend requirement, please check ahead)
What if I'm running late for my reservation?
You must arrive within 60 minutes grace period of your reservation time. We understand extreme circumstances and may accommodate if contacted in a timely manner. But it is not guaranteed. Tables 60 minutes late will be moved to the waiting list or released.
Can tabs be split or is it one single tab only?
We allow tabs to be split up to 5 ways max. Any additional would need to be on the same tab.
Is Gratuity added to orders?
20% Gratuity Is Included In All Transactions. All Menu Prices Across The Entire Website Will Have Taxes, And Gratuity Included In Them On Receipt. Your Receipt Will Show The Breakdown.
Do you show Sporting Events?
Yes we provide tv’s & mega screens for Sports and Current Events.
Is there a refund policy?
Purchaser acknowledges that no refunds will provided and that no exchanges or credits for future event dates will be given for section reservations for any reason.

PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ITS PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE TABLE RESERVATION AT THE VENUE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. UPON PAYMENT, PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PAYMENT FOR THE SECTION RESERVATION ENTITLES PURCHASER AND HIS/HER GUEST ADMITTANCE TO THE VENUE AND THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE, FOOD OR HOOKAH ORDER SELECTED BY PURCHASER FOR THE SPECIFIC DATE OF THE EVENT AND NO OTHER. THE EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NO REFUNDS WILL PROVIDED AND THAT NO EXCHANGES OR CREDITS FOR FUTURE EVENT DATES WILL BE GIVEN FOR SECTION RESERVATIONS FOR ANY REASON. 20% GRATUITY IS INCLUDED IN ALL TRANSACTIONS. ALL MENU PRICES ACROSS THE ENTIRE WEBSITE HAVE TAXES, AND GRATUITY INCLUDED IN THEM. YOUR RECEIPT WILL SHOW THE BREAKDOWN.
